An Operational Assessment is a methodical and comprehensive approach to analyzing all facets of an operation– from organizational staffing, team members and people utilization, processes, and management systems. It enables an organization to identify what areas have the most opportunity, where the investments should be made, and how those changes need to occur . . . to meet both the customer’s and management’s expectations and requirements.

We collaborate with our clients to develop well-focused actionable, detailed recommendations that present operational changes and best practices that will significantly improve the operation. Our recommendations are developed by drawing upon our experience and expertise, the data collected and analyzed, and information and insights obtained from interviews. The recommendations will be prioritized based on resources and capital expenditures required, as well as benefits. Opportunities to derive benefit from “low hanging fruit” can be addressed in conjunction with a roadmap for implementing other recommendations such as tactical and/or strategic initiatives.
