Who We Are
Argent was established in 1988. The company was founded upon, and fiercely maintains, a core philosophy of integrity, accountability and teamwork that permeates our corporate culture and all of our customer relationships.
Argent has developed a reputation for providing high quality services that have a direct and immediate impact on the bottom line. We work with our customers to define the project scope and requirements and develop project plans that utilize industrial engineering techniques. This includes Lean Principles and Six Sigma concepts which effectively and efficiently observe and evaluate processes, collect data, and apply industry expertise to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
We achieve our goals through a unique approach focused on the collection and analysis of meaningful data, operational information needed for decision making and the development and implementation of customized solutions. Our process is very hands-on, with sleeves rolled up and boots on the ground, and includes the active involvement of, and communication with, the hourly workforce and both IT and operations management.
